QUICK RESPONSE CODE (QR Codes) on Marketing Materials: Have you noticed those funny looking blocks on marketing materials?  These QR code blocks can be scanned by iPhones, Droid and other smart phones with a QR app and the scan will take them directly to your listing url on the English Team website.  How cool is that!  We place the QR code on the signs in front of your house and on house flyers.  A buyer can scan the QR code for your home and immediately look at 25 photos of the interior of your home, check the price, square footage etc

COLOR HOUSE FLYERS: Sellers also tell us we have the BEST house flyers in Atlanta.  House flyers are printed in full color and are available both inside your home and on the INFO box attached to the yard sign.  Some agents provide full color flyers but few post them for pickup in front of your home!

  • Zillow: Our favorite advertising outlet is Zillow.  A large portion of our advertising budget is spent making sure your home receives favorable placements on Zillow. We think the results are fantastic 

  • not as powerful as it used to be, but we still invest in advertising so your home will be a featured listing and receive the most favorable placements. They have made some promising changes recently:  

  • Facebook: We are not disclosing our monthly advertising budget on facebook, we have to keep some secrets.  But this one is really starting to kick in for us. You may have to be logged in to facebook to see this one.  OR search Sally English and the English Team.  

MARKETING BASICS: We do basic marketing stuff better than most everyone else. The basics are important:
