Neighborhoods Convenient to Emory

Neighborhoods convenient to Emory University and CDC see increase in activity. The Atlanta housing market has been “slow” in recent months and we continue to look for any evidence of upward movement.  This week we have been encouraged by housing market activity in homes priced under $275,000. Multiple house sales during a short time span is certainly encouraging to us as our numbers for sales of English Team listings are way down compared to 2009.
