Fall is a Great Season to Sell Your Home

“We’re waiting until after the New Year to put our home on the market” said the couple I met with last week.  “Of course you are” I thought.  “And so are all the other sellers in your neighborhood”.  But the home buyers are out there right now. And they need a home to be in before Christmas.  Fall is a great season to sell your home.

My advice to home sellers is to “get up off of that thing” in the words of the immortal James Brown
