Atlanta Real Estate Stays Hot In July
The Atlanta real estate market stays hot – the weather forecast for the weekend was hot and stormy. Lots of buyers are out looking at homes and homes that are priced right are getting a lot of attention.
I had two buyer client’s who locked up home purchases over the weekend. Both homes had interest from multiple buyers and fast action by my buyer clients helped them make solid offers that were negotiated but accepted.
Keys to acceptance of buyer’s offers
- Buyers were pre-qualified by mortgage lenders and had proof to share with the sellers
- Buyers made clean offers that did not create stumbling blocks for sellers
- Buyers negotiated price but made reasonable offers to start with
