Why You Should List Your Home “For Sale” With Sally English – I have been successfully selling homes in neighborhoods convenient to Emory University and the Centers for Disease Control since 1985.  During the 1980’s and early 1990’s  I focused my efforts on home building.  My family has a long history in the home building business – my father Bill Bryant is a past president of the Metropolitan Atlanta Homebuilders Association.  I built custom luxury homes in many of the neighborhoods in the Lakeside High School district.  During this time I also doubled as the sales agent for these properties and obtained my real estate Brokers license.

When my third daughter was born, I decided to shift my emphasis to real estate sales.  I signed on with Buckhead Brokers – a powerful name brand at that time – and started specializing in re-sales.  Since that time I have focused 100% of my effort on listing and selling homes in Lakeside, Druid Hills and Tucker Georgia neighborhoods. Yes – these are neighborhoods convenient to Emory and CDC.

I left Buckhead and moved to RE/MAX Executives as my career started to pick up momentum.  RE/MAX had a National “brand” that was recognizable in the marketplace and it helped to grow my business.  A few years back the RE/MAX brand lost it’s luster and my Agency migrated to an independent Brokerage, Realty Associated of Atlanta.  Now why would we do that?

I have been selling homes in neighborhoods convenient to Emory University and the Centers for Disease Control since 1985. Most of my business comes from referrals.  I don’t spend my time “looking” for home listings.  A national brand is not necessary as my phone rings constantly.  Past customers have referred me to friends, family work associates, neighbors – you name it.  Folks wanting to sell their home send me texts, email, letters and instant messages: Will you come take a look at my home- I am ready to sell.
