NOW Is The Time To Sell Your Atlanta Home
Sell Your Atlanta Home
This past week the Atlanta real estate market has been in high gear.
Now is the time to sell your Atlanta Home. I don’t know what stimulated the activity – but since New Year Day I have been inundated with home buyers. We are talking about the pre-qualified , ready to make a purchase species of home buyer.
If you have put off selling your home, you might want to think about putting your home on the market RIGHT NOW! On the selling side of the equation you are going to be met with a bunch of house hungry home buyers. These buyers are especially interested in new listings. Even if your home has a few cosmetic or repair items you have put off, I would recommend putting it on the market now to take advantage of the buyer activity.
SPECIAL NOTE: I have never before recommended putting homes on the market until ALL cosmetic and repair items were taken care of and the house 100% ready to show. This is an exception to my standing rule of getting the work done BEFORE putting it on the market.
In an unprecedented move, Clark Howard – a consumer advocate – told his listeners and viewers to get out there and buy a home. He also correctly said timing the market is usually a bad idea. Then he said this is the one and only time he has recommended buying real estate because the time was right. http://www.clarkhoward.com/videos/clark-howard/homes-real-estate/this-is-the-time-to-buy-a-home/vjhkQ/
