Henderson Walk subdivision was a “new concept” in 1982 when large homes on small low maintenance lots were introduced to the metro Atlanta housing market. Now known as cluster home communities, Henderson Walk met some resistance from the community who had preconceived notions about small lots in new home developments.
Once the housing product was finished, consumers began to realize the small low maintenance lot did not affect the value of the home.
