1.  Let faucets drip

2.  Cover outside faucets

3.  Stuff insulation in Exterior vent wells and close all foundation vents.

4.  Keep furnace settings at a minimum of 60 degrees at all times to avoid cooling interior of house to lows that can not be recovered when the furnace is restarts.

 There will be frozen pipes and furnace problems in Atlanta when lows hit 14 degrees.  Be prepared by following the above steps.
