Our love versus hate relationship with directional signs continues.  We prefer using the Internet to market our homes.  Most home buyers are using the Internet as their main way of home shopping.  But home sellers continue to request directional signs marking the street corners where their home listing is located.  We put them up on request but it is almost painful to see them around the neighborhood.

Some of our competitors spend no money marketing homes on the Internet – a real shame for the home seller.  But to market their own services as a real estate agent – to potential home sellers – they plaster the neighborhood with directional signs.
