Atlanta Greek Festival Fun Food and OPA

Atlanta Greek Festival Fun Food and OPA

The Atlanta Greek Festival Fun Food and OPA is ON!  I attended the opening Thursday evening and our annual Greek festival is better than ever.  Greek food, Greek dancing, Greek fun.  I never tire fo this fantastic event at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral on Clairmont Road.

Atlanta Greek FestivalIf you are going for the first time, be alert to the fact that parking is at nearby Century Center office complex.  Don’t worry, you will see plenty of signage at the I-85 exit at Clairmont road.

Imet Michelle Vastakis there and watched her daughters dance.  Wow, have they grown up in a hurry.  Michelle and I grabbed some of the delicious food and then I had to head home.  But not before I grabbed a “to go” plate of souvlaki for Tim who could not make it.  Many of my neighbors were working the “to go” food service drive through and it was great to see them all.
