Sally brings a wealth of experience to the English Team: Real estate salesperson in Atlanta since 1984, a broker/owner from 1992 to 1997, a former residential Homebuilder, and an experienced real estate marketing and sales professional.
Qualifications
- CRS – Certified Residential Specialist designation (held by only 4 percent of all Realtors Nationwide). Awarded by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute (an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors).
- GRI – Graduate Realtors Institute designation.
- SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialists hold the national SRES designation earned through the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Sally attended Henderson Mill Elementary and Henderson High School (now Henderson Middle School). After obtaining a degree from Vanderbilt University, she joined Westinghouse Electric in the Industrial Sales Division. She worked in Westinghouse’s Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Boston, Mass., and New York City offices. Her responsibilities included selling industrial electric equipment to manufacturers and distributors.

Kristen joined the English Team to pursue her passion for real estate and empower clients with housing transitions. She completed her real estate licensure in Spring 2022.
Kristen’s academic credentials include a BS in Marketing, a BS in Finance, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has spent most of her career in non-profit fundraising, locally serving as the Director of Development for the Coralwood Foundation. Kristen serves on the Kittredge Magnet School Foundation and Henderson Mill Elementary School Foundation.
Residing in Atlanta for the past 12+ years, Kristen enjoys building community relationships and connections through her work, volunteer positions, and neighborhood activities. Her attention to detail and her love of real estate and home design guide her in navigating Atlanta’s dynamic real estate markets. Tim earned his marketing chops at Columbia University, where leaders from Madison Avenue and Fortune 500 companies shared marketing insider secrets. More about Tim
Tim’s background is in real estate development. Tim developed residential real estate in metro Atlanta for 30 years and specialized in golf course communities. Tim and his partner purchased raw land, re-zoned the property for subdivisions, hired engineers to design the subdivision, obtained County approval, and hired sub-contractors to build the streets. Work included grading streets, installing water lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer lines, pouring concrete curbs, and installing asphalt paving. After the development was complete, lots were sold to builders to construct and sell homes. Tim now focuses on marketing existing homes and real estate technology for Sally English and The English Team.
Tim’s hobbies include vegetable gardening, growing hydrangeas, Atlanta United soccer matches, and reading foreign crime novels (Garret, Quirke, DCI Ryan, Inspector Montalbano, Commissaire Georges Dupin, and DCI Maigret are a few of his favorites). Tim also enjoys his annual travels to Europe and exploring the locales of critical historical events. After playing football at Vanderbilt University, he finds ANY SEC football game to be of interest to him.
