We also track the number of times our listings are viewed or browsed on the Internet. Activity is way up in the past 30 days. Let’s hope this activity continues in to August as there is a lot of inventory on the market that needs to be moved!
ACTIVITY IS PRICE SENSITIVEThe English Team is not experiencing the same level of activity for our listings in the $250,000 to $500,000 price range. Market activity for this price range is on the upswing but the level of market activity is no where near the level we are experiencing for the Homes priced under $250,000.
HOMES PRICED OVER $500,000 are not getting much of a kick out of this activity either,
