We are just 11 days away from Christmas and I am working with a couple of home buyers who want to finalize contracts on home purchases before the end of the year. Wow, the values are amazing for those who have the financial freedom to purchase a home right now. Many folks are thinking about a vacation getaway…others are out shopping for a new home!

Some particular homes that stand out
- Luxury home on golf course in North Fulton (Alpharetta Georgia) priced in 600s. This home cost 1.2 million to build not counting the lot. For the current price you can get three finished levels of home plus a pool plus a golf front lot. Country club membership costs extra but you can afford it for this price
- Estate owned home in Northlake priced in the 200s. Heirs don’t want to spend the money to fix it up. Needs cosmetics that might cost 30,000. Would probably sell for an incremental 60,000 to 75,000 if fixed up.
- Condos all over Atlanta. This is only for the buyer who can hold for three years or more. But, amazing values that might go up 50% or more when liquidity returns to the marketplace. Condos are “untouchable” right now in the marketplace. If you are a contrarian, buy a condo now.
